California Consumer Privacy Notice.
This California Consumer Privacy Notice ("CA Notice") supplements the Privacy Policy of Tarzo Media LTD ("Tarzo Media", "we", "us") and applies exclusively to individuals who reside in the State of California ("California consumers" or "you"). It has been prepared in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), and other applicable California privacy statutes. Defined terms used here carry the same meaning as under the CCPA/CPRA unless otherwise stated.

4. Your Rights as a California Resident
4.1 Right to Know and Access
You may request that we disclose, for the preceding 12-month period: the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you; the categories of sources from which it was collected; the business or commercial purpose for collecting or sharing it; and the categories of third parties with whom we shared it.
4.2 Right to Deletion
You may request that we delete Personal Information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions — for example, where we are required to retain data to complete a transaction, fulfil a legal obligation, detect fraud, or for other permitted purposes under CCPA/CPRA.
4.3 Right to Correct
You may request correction of inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.
4.4 Right to Data Portability
Where technically feasible, you may request a copy of your Personal Information in a portable, readily usable format.
5. Submitting a Verifiable Consumer Request

Your request must include sufficient information for us to confirm your identity and verify that you are the person (or authorised representative) to whom the Personal Information relates. We cannot process requests where identity cannot be verified.
You may submit a request for access or data portability no more than twice within any 12-month period. An authorised agent acting on your behalf must provide written proof of authorisation. You may also submit requests on behalf of a minor child.
We will acknowledge and respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is required (up to 90 days in total), we will notify you in writing. We do not charge a fee for processing requests unless they are excessive, repetitive, or clearly unfounded.
6. Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

Please note that opting out applies only to the specific device and browser from which you make the request. If you access our Services from another device or browser, you will need to submit a separate opt-out request from that device.
7. Non-Discrimination
Tarzo Media will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you access to the Services, charge you different rates, provide a lower quality of service, or suggest that your rights exercise will result in any penalty.
8. Shine the Light (Civil Code § 1798.83)
California residents may also request, once per calendar year, information about any Personal Information we have disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. 9. Do Not Track
